Complete Setup Guide

Install Quotex Bot Chrome Extension

Open the Chrome Web Store and search for "Quotex Bot" or click the direct link below. Click Add to Chrome then confirm by clicking Add Extension.

After installation, you'll see the Quotex Bot icon (🤖) in your Chrome toolbar. If you don't see it, click the puzzle piece icon and pin Quotex Bot.

💡 Tip: The extension automatically opens when you visit any Quotex/QXBroker page.

Open Quotex Trading Page

Go to qxbroker.com/en/demo-trade for demo trading or the live trading page for real account. The bot sidebar will open automatically on the right side of your browser.

If the sidebar doesn't open automatically, click the Quotex Bot icon (🤖) in your Chrome toolbar.

💡 Tip: Keep the Trades panel visible at the bottom right of Quotex. The bot tracks your trade results from there — hiding it will cause issues.

Choose Your Trading Strategy

In the sidebar, you have two options:

🎯 Use a Preset

Click one of the 4 built-in presets — Conservative, Balanced, Aggressive, or Turbo. This auto-fills your sequence and amounts.

✏️ Custom Sequence

Type your own trading sequence (e.g. up,down,up,down) and investment amounts (e.g. 1,2,4,8) in the input fields.

💡 Tip: Start with the Conservative preset on demo to understand how the bot works before using larger amounts.

Set Time Interval

Select how long each trade should last. The bot uses the Quotex time dropdown — common values are 5 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes etc.

For custom durations like 57 seconds, the bot automatically finds the nearest dropdown option and fine-tunes using the +/- buttons.

💡 Tip: Shorter time intervals (5-30s) mean faster trades and more data but higher noise. Longer intervals (1-5min) give cleaner signals.

Configure Risk Management (Optional)

Set any combination of these optional auto-stop features:

Bot stops when net profit reaches your target (e.g. $50)

Bot stops when net loss reaches your limit (e.g. $20)

Bot stops after set duration (e.g. 30 minutes)

Pause Between Trades

Fixed or random pause to make bot look more natural

Click Start Trading

Click the green Start Trading button in the sidebar. The bot will immediately begin executing trades according to your sequence. You'll see:

📊 Live stats bar on page showing Profit / Loss / Net / Trades

🤖 Sidebar header showing bot status (Active/Stopped)

📈 Compounding indicator (C:ON or C:OFF)

⚠️ Warning banner reminding you not to hide the Trades panel

⏰ Countdown timer if you enabled timer stop

⚠️ Important: Do NOT manually place trades while the bot is running — this can interfere with the martingale sequence logic.

Monitor & Stop

The bot runs until one of these happens:

You click Stop Trading in the sidebar
Take Profit target is reached
Stop Loss limit is hit
Timer runs out
You close or refresh the browser tab (you'll be warned first)

After stopping, all session stats reset when you start a new session. Lifetime stats are preserved.

❓ Does the bot work on Quotex demo account?

Yes! Quotex Bot works 100% free on the Quotex demo account. All features are available — no subscription needed.

❓ What happens if I refresh the page while the bot is running?

You'll see a browser warning asking if you want to leave. If you confirm, the bot stops and all session stats reset. If you stay, the bot continues.

❓ Can I run the bot while doing other things on my computer?

Yes, as long as the Quotex tab is open in Chrome and the Trades panel is visible. You can use other tabs or applications.

❓ Does it work with all Quotex currency pairs?

Yes! The bot works with all currency pairs — USD, EUR, GBP, INR, PKR and any other pair available on Quotex/QXBroker.

❓ What is the best time interval for martingale trading?

Most users find 5-60 seconds works well for martingale. Shorter intervals give more trades but more noise. We recommend starting with 30 seconds on demo.

❓ Can I use multiple trading sequences?

Yes — you can save up to 5 custom presets plus the 4 built-in presets. Switch between them any time.
